Programme Lead & Founder of Learn Life First

Naomi Tshibola is a Registered General Nurse with over 10 years of NHS experience across clinical care, public health, and leadership. She holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership and a postgraduate qualification as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Alongside her nursing career, Naomi has spent three years as a youth leader, supporting and advising young people.

Naomi has a true passion for reducing health inequalities by making sure young people, regardless of background, have access to the health education they deserve. She is dedicated to clinical accuracy, professional care, and the kind of genuine connection that makes young people feel safe enough to ask the questions that really matter.

Drawing on her clinical background and experience working with young people, Naomi created Learn Life First to give girls the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to navigate puberty with confidence.
