These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshop bookings made with Learn Life First. By confirming a booking, the school or organisation agrees to the terms set out below.

1. Confirmation of Booking.

We will confirm your booking by email and request payment by cheque or bank transfer. An invoice can be provided upon request.

2. Payment

The workshop fee is due 28 days before the date of the session. If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to offer the date to another school or organisation.

3. What Is Included in the Workshop Fee

The flat session fee covers the full delivery of the Growing Up With Confidence workshop by a Registered Nurse, including all educational resources and materials provided to pupils during the session. Travel to the school or setting is included within a reasonable distance; any additional travel costs for sessions outside this area will be agreed in writing prior to booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We regret that cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

• More than 28 days before the workshop: full refund

• Within 28 days of the workshop: 50% refund

• Within 14 days of the workshop: no refund

5. Postponement

If a school or organisation is unable to proceed with a booked session, we will accommodate a rescheduled date where possible, subject to availability. If we are required to postpone a session, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible and offer an alternative date. If the alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Our Right to Cancel or Postpone

Learn Life First reserves the right to cancel or postpone a booked session in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to facilitator illness, a family emergency, or events beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather or transport disruption).

In such cases, we will notify the school or organisation as soon as reasonably possible and will work with you to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost. If an alternative date cannot be agreed, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.

Learn Life First will not be liable for any indirect costs or losses incurred by the school or organisation as a result of a cancellation or postponement made in good faith under these circumstances.

7. Liability

For full details of our liability position, please refer to our Safeguarding Policy, which is available on our website. Learn Life First's total liability to the school or organisation in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fee paid for that session.

Schools and organisations remain responsible for the welfare and supervision of pupils at all times during Learn Life First sessions, in line with their own safeguarding and duty of care obligations.
