Who We Are

Empowering adolescents to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing. Normalising conversations and empowering young lives.

Learn Life First (LLF) is dedicated to delivering practical, engaging, and developmentally appropriate nurse-led health education sessions for year six girls. Adolescence is a formative stage, yet many young people lack the knowledge and confidence needed to manage puberty, menstruation, and body changes.

LLF aims to empower girls with accurate, evidence-based information and practical self-care skills, while fostering a supportive, stigma-free learning environment. Sessions aim to promote positive attitudes towards health and hygiene, and build lifelong confidence.

The programme aligns with the Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) Statutory Guidance, Public Health priorities, and the government's wellbeing agenda. LLF provides nurse-led, inclusive workshops that support schools in meeting statutory requirements and strengthening PSHE delivery.
